3. Payment Terms

No payment is required until you have reviewed and approved your completed website. Once approved, a monthly fee is charged for ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support. The exact monthly rate is agreed upon before the project begins.

All payments are due by the date specified on your invoice. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals when requested
• Supply any required content, images, or materials in a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own your website and all its content. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets used (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all files and assets associated with your website. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickSites Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
