Refund Policy

The short version: You never pay until you approve your finished website. If you don't love it, you don't owe anything — period. There is zero financial risk in working with QuickSites Co.

1. No Upfront Charges

QuickSites Co. does not charge any upfront fees. Your website is fully designed and developed before any payment is requested. You will have the opportunity to review the completed website, request revisions, and approve the final result before any financial commitment is made.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you review the completed website and are not satisfied — for any reason — you are under no obligation to pay. Simply let us know and we will part ways with no charge, no invoice, and no hard feelings.

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. We'll keep revising until you're happy. Your approval is the only condition for payment.

3. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

Once a monthly plan is active, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent months after cancellation is confirmed.

Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, as they cover active hosting, maintenance, and support services rendered during that period.

4. Refunds on Paid Monthly Fees

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months, but we will always handle billing disputes fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

5. Project Cancellation After Approval

If you have approved and paid for a website, and then choose to cancel before the site is launched, please reach out to discuss your situation. We handle these cases individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
